Belinda Howard is the founder of Method Fitness. She is a fully qualified Exercise Fitness Professional with Fitness Australia. Specializing in Personal Training, Small Group Fitness Training, Indoor Cycle and Yoga. She is the Leader of Method Fitness Adventures organising small carefully curated adventures for women.  If being a lover of clean food, travel, trekking and fitness all sounds too heathy, then you will be pleased to know that she can’t resist a glass of sparkling on a Friday night!
