Method Fitness Adventures is all about inspiring and empowering women to take up a challenge and discover new places. Our adventures are carefully curated, small, tailored and unique. Each adventure is a journey starting with a ten-week training program to make you stronger, healthier and fitter.
Our adventures will take you to places that you have only ever dreamed. We’ve explored the Fiordlands and trekked through coastal farmlands of New Zealand. Seen the most amazing wildlife, been to the most spectacular waterfalls, swam in the warm waters of the ocean and the cold alpine creeks of the mountains. We’ve talked non-stop about everything and anything and then we’ve had quiet moments of reflection and contemplation. So whilst being disconnected from day to day grind we become more connected to life. We are a community of women who want to travel more, be more and do more!
