Method Fitness Adventures is all about inspiring and empowering women to take up a challenge and discover new places. Our adventures are carefully curated, small, tailored and unique. Each adventure is a journey starting with a ten-week training program to make you stronger, healthier and fitter.

 

Our adventures will take you to places that you have only ever dreamed. We’ve explored the Fiordlands and trekked through coastal farmlands of New Zealand. Seen the most amazing wildlife, been to the most spectacular waterfalls, swam in the warm waters of the ocean and the cold alpine creeks of the mountains. We’ve talked non-stop about everything and anything and then we’ve had quiet moments of reflection and contemplation. So whilst being disconnected from day to day grind we become more connected to life. We are a community of women who want to travel more, be more and do more!

The Salkantay Lodge to Lodge Trek is a beautiful and demanding hike, an alternative to the traditional Inca Trail. Hiking from loge to lodge through the Cordillera Vilcabamba, a spectacular Andean mountain range which cradles the famed ruins of Machu Picchu.  

 

Be part of an adventure where you will experience a once-in-a-lifetime physical, cultural and spiritual journey.  You will explore the Sacred Valley en route to the legendary ruins of Machu Picchu. A lunch to celebrate our arrival in Peru will be held at the Mil Centro, headed up by Michelin Star chef Virgilio Martinez.

 

At the conclusion of your Peruvian experience and homeward bound we will have a stopover in Santiago to explore the sights of the Chilean Capital.

The trip will then continue back to the south island to start a 3-day, 3 nights Humpridge Track where you will be helicoptered into the start of walk staying in backcountry lodges.

Japan – Kumano Koda Trail Spring

It is a trip of a lifetime that will be like no other where you will get to trek along one of the Seven Wonders of the World and in the same trip get to enjoy the vibe of two of the most rapidly developing modern cities of the world.

 

The journey starts off in Beijing where you will get to explore the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square enjoy a tea ceremony before departing for the Great Wall of China where you will spend the next 6 days trekking some of the most remote and unrestored sections of the Great Wall of China. You will take part in Tai Chi classes; experience the art of dumpling making whist staying in accommodation ranging from hotels to guesthouses. You will get a great sense of the scale and majesty of this remarkable piece of engineering as well as experiencing day-to -day life in rural China.  Upon return to Beijing you will get some time to explore before departing for a little luxury in Hong Kong.
